2. Pricing and Taxes

3. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- 305 Aero Supplies is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by the carrier.
4. Returns and Replacements
- Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or replacement.
- All return requests must be authorized by 305 Aero Supplies before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse address, as provided during the return authorization process.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or made unusable will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- A minimum 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranty and Support
- 305 Aero Supplies does not provide product warranties or after-sales support. All warranty claims or product-related issues must be directed to the manufacturer or brand of the product.
- The customer is responsible for retaining records such as purchase receipts, warranty cards, and software licensing details.
6. Limitations of Liability
- 305 Aero Supplies is not responsible for:
- Equipment malfunctions or failures.
- Delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by shipping carriers.
- Costs incurred by customers due to defective or non-functional products.
- All products are sold “as is,” and no additional warranties are offered by 305 Aero Supplies.
7. General Terms
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders may be canceled at any time by 305 Aero Supplies at our sole discretion.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
