Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging included.
- Items that are scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not qualify for a return.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items, at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be initiated after inspection of the returned product.
- The product must be confirmed as completely new, unused, and free from any scratches or damage.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-2 business weeks after the inspection is completed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products.
- Software, consumables, or any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
