The 11 inch Lenovo 500e Chromebook Gen 3 (Intel) works in four flexible modes—laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. Its 360-degree hinge makes it easy for a student to convert to whichever mode is best for their learning style or for the lesson at hand. Dual cameras—including an optional 5MP world-facing one—enable students to create and share content and stay connected in more meaningful ways.

The 500e Chromebook’s 11.6 inch HD IPS touch display provides a tactile experience that will captivate the imagination of any learner in any mode. Its optional garaged stylus pen allows students to take notes by hand, while enabling teachers to mark papers onscreen. The Chromebook app hub features resources for students and teachers alike, plus the optional Google Workspace for Education and a Chrome Education Upgrade.

Compliant with MIL-SPEC 810H and Lenovo EDU spec standards, the 500e Chromebook is ready to face the rigors of the classroom, virtual learning, and everything between. It features shock-absorbent rubber bumpers, reinforced ports and hinges, improved mechanically anchored keys, an impact-tested touchpad and a Corning® Gorilla® Glass screen for superior scratch and damage resistance. The keyboard is also water-resistant up to 360ml.
Connectivity & security
WiFi 6 provides a fast connection for downloads and video-streaming on the 500e Chromebook, while optional 4G/LTE* keeps a student connected even when WiFi is unavailable. And the webcam privacy shutter ensures a connected student stays off-camera when they want to be.
