Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Conditions
Products must be in theiroriginal condition,unused, andundamaged, with all original packaging included.
Items that are scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not qualify for a return.
A20% restocking feemay be applied to returned items, at our discretion.
Refund Policy

The product must be confirmed as completely new, unused, and free from any scratches or damage.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within1-2 business weeksafter the inspection is completed.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order products.
Software, consumables, or any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
