Returns and Refunds Policy

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and provisioning of products by you (“Customer”) from 305 Aero Supplies. By placing an order with 305 Aero Supplies, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, contact us at support@305aerosupplies.com or +1 (786) 807-4466 to obtain a return authorization and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The product must be returned to our warehouse address as provided in the return authorization email.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging included.
  • Items that are scratched, damaged, or show signs of use will not qualify for a return.
  • Returns require prior RMA authorization.
  • Certain returns are subject to manufacturer/distributor approval.
  • Opened electronics, software, activated devices, and consumables may not be eligible for return.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items, at our discretion.
  • Refused shipments may incur restocking and return freight charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be initiated after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • The product must be confirmed as completely new, unused, and free from any scratches or damage.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-2 business weeks after the inspection is completed and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Software, consumables, activated devices, or any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
